Dorsa has worked with the homeowners of this 2.3 acre Shelter Island property as both a designer and owners representative overseeing the buildout and renovation of the property. The design and build of the landscape on this site included implementing a lavish pool and bluestone patio, bluestone retaining walls and a great deal of site grading and landscaping.
The design includes a well sized soccer pitch at the rear end of the property as well as several seating areas and gathering spaces for the residence to host and enjoy with friends. The landscape design also included a new pea gravel and steel edge driveway connecting the 3 buildings on site.
