Dorsa worked with the homeowners of this Shelter Island property to transform an existing garage and boat storage into a flexible year round pool house. With the pool itself having been completed in 2021, Dorsa has worked as the client's rep to develop the pool house plans and design with the lead Architect.
Dorsa has provided a phased project build out approach as the property undergoes permitting and septic updates.
